Light on the Horizon is one of my favorite images that I have painted over the years. It captures the vast desert skies of the New Mexico landscape that I grwe up in. This iteration is on an 8x8 prepared wood panel and is painted with Oil paint.
Path to no-one, oil on board, 12" x 12" (Without frame) 16" x 16" (with frame). Path to no-one is my interpretation of enlightenment through loosing your self identity.
This painting is one from a series of Bronze Buddha sculpture studies. I love how the light is captured on the surface of the metal. It really spoke to me as a symbol of warmth and enlightenment.
This makes a beautiful piece to hang in your meditation/yoga room or anywhere else in the house. The bronze and black color scheme will match a wide variety of home decor.
If you are interested in commissioning a piece that is larger or a different color, I am currently taking new submissions for commissioned pieces.
The Rio Grande Gorge is a must see if you are ever driving through New Mexico. I absolutely love the vibe of Taos and wish I could find time to visit more often. I Got the inspiration for this piece when I was visiting with my mom for a gallery show. This is truly a magical view in a magical place.
This is the perfect piece for a home office, studio, or any other other room in the house. It can easily fit on smaller walls due to its compact size of 10 inches tall and 8 inches wide, but with the right frame, it can easily serve as a centerpiece for larger walls as well.

I’ve always wanted to see the Aurora Borealis in person but unfortunately have never gotten the chance. The dancing ethereal lights remind me of how beautiful our world is and why I strive to capture a piece of it in my paintings.
